About the Event
The EPTEP Provides Direct Services To Transgender And Gender-Diverse Pennsylvanians In A Eight County Region In Eastern PA. They assist in name changes, supportive services, financial grants, and education and outreach. There will be tons of important information for the trans and gender-diverse community as well as allies, schools, and businesses.
Corinne Goodwin uses many adjectives to describe herself including: Spouse, Father, Woman, Business Owner and Transgender. As Executive Director of Eastern PA Trans Equity Project she has focuses many of her volunteer efforts on empowering transgender and gender non-conforming people. - Work for which she was recognized as a recipient of the YWCA's Mission award and the Rotary’s Woman of the Year Award.
Corinne has also works with the YWCA Bethlehem, the United Way, the ACLU, and the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center to advance their causes and improve their processes.
Professionally, after a career as a Senior Executive for companies like RadioShack, Best Buy, Vonage and Sprint, Corinne now operates a consulting business that develops training programs for companies that operate in the US, the Caribbean and Europe.
Corinne lives in Orefield with her wife Debbie where she enjoys working on her model railroad and cooking meals for family and friends. If you don’t find there, she is likely in New York watching a theater production – hopefully one that her son Kenneth is working on as a sound designer.
